Bed and Breakfast at The Elms is in a traditional Victorian house, in a residential area on the outskirts of town, a ten minute walk from the town centre. The Elms retains many period features but with all modern comforts. Bed and breakfast is with your hosts Bob and Marjorie Rae who enjoy the company of their guests, leisure time in the garden and a round of golf on the local courses.

We invite you to our home where the bedrooms are very comfortable - one twin/double and one double - both en-suite and with many extras. The dining room is spacious and attractive where you can enjoy a varied breakfast of your choice. The garden is for our guests to view and there is enclosed private parking. Hotel bar and restaurant are nearby. We are a five minute walk from The Lockerbie Garden of Remembrance, and with golf courses, scenic walks, castles and local crafts nearby there is much to occupy the holiday maker.

No pets in the house please. Children over twelve years welcome.
